We operate a Quick Response Ticket System for client support dialogue.
If you require Ticket Support, you should Subscribe to the Full-Blown Support OR Priority Support Plan. Upgrade details can be found in your Account Settings (link to User Menu is at the top-right of each page).
The Full-Blown Support Subscription will give you access to our 'Support Ticket' section, with an easy-access link added to your User menu (at the top of each page) you can open a support ticket and have a dedicated Support Consultant's response the same day.
Support Tickets will be responded to within 24 hours.
Your support upgrade also adds some extras to your Profile, here on i2apps.co.uk - You can customise your profile url, change background image, sell digital downloads, add Youtube videos and more.
Your App Subscription (monthly or annually) covers the cost of your app's initial publication submission to Google Play Store. There is an appropriate charge for additional submissions made on your behalf by us.
Log into the App Editor. In the 'Features' section you should see each of the Features used in your app in a row like the one in this screenshot...
Floating your mouse over the row of icons will reveal 2 small crosses at the top of the icon. The cross on the right deletes the Feature from the menu, and the cross on the left is to drag-and- drop the icon(s) into your preferred order of the app menu.
There are 2 basic images that you'll need for your app... a 'Start Up' image, which is shown while your app is loading on a device and, a 'Homepage image. Here are the sizes you'll need for these images...

You will be able to preview your apps on your mobile device as you build and make changes to your app. To enable you to do this you should download and install the 'Apps Company Previewer' app on your device.
