A cName is required for your Whitelabel service on fullblownapps.com so that your clients log into your own domain url and NOT the studio.fullblownapps.com url e.g., app.yourowndomain.com - this is done by creating a cName called 'app' (or whatever you want it called) in your Domain's zone settings. To do this we will need access to your Domain settings at your Registrar or Hosting's Control Panel.

If you already have services through any of the other Intro2 divisions such as Hosting, Publishing, Telecom etc., this service will be done free of charge. Contact your normal support section for details.
